Inventory Specialist and Partner – Axios Charlotte

Taylor Richards & Conger is a luxury men’s clothing store located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since 1986 we have grown in square footage and inventory, now offering bespoke suits and exclusive brands at a variety of price points. We sell our products directly to the consumer through our storefront and website. As we expand our store, we are looking to add to our team.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring the flow of products in the store
• Receive new seasonal merchandise including verifying shipment matches packing slip, labeling, steaming and assisting with merchandising
• Receive custom items, including verifying correct shipment, entering items into the POS system, and maintaining an appropriate filing system for receipts
• Organize and maintain bespoke information by maintaining price lists and samples, as well as filing customer information
• Monitor and manage all inventory replenishment categories
• Support sales floor staff as needed
• Technological and e-commerce support as needed

Expectations:
• Full time (40/h week)
• Working week from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• One day off per week
• Present yourself in a professional manner to customers and suppliers
• Strong communication skills

About you:
• 2+ years of supply chain/inventory management experience preferred
• Previous experience with POS systems (Lightspeed in particular) preferred, but not required
• Accomplished leader with developed team building skills
• Advanced knowledge of retail techniques and customer service
• Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
